Operating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. rayelbd's systems actively monitor for multi-account behaviour. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all such accounts will be permanently closed and all associated balances and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

rayelbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

Currency

As a rayelbd player, you agree to use the rayelbd platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You further agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the rayelbd platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or during customer support interactions;
• Attempting to access another player's rayelbd account without authorisation;
• Using the rayelbd platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing rayelbd support staff or other players via any communication channel;

• The player has engaged in bonus abuse, multi-accounting, cheating, collusion, or any other form of fraudulent activity;
• rayelbd has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player's account is being used for money laundering or other financial crime;
• The player's account has remained inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player wishing to close their rayelbd account voluntarily may do so by contacting rayelbd support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, rayelbd will process the withdrawal of any verified real-money balance within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Self-Exclusion

Where an account remains inactive following this notice period, rayelbd may apply a monthly account maintenance fee to the remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
